Shipping orders containing a sink
Due to high demand and the fact that we do not store sinks (each of them is produced only after the order is made) orders containing sinks will be sent within:
– 10 workdays for beige, black graphite and black metallic
– 14 workdays for other colours
Orders are shipped via Tuffnells. Shipment takes on average 3 to 4 workdays.
Waiting time can be shortened after individual arragements.
Shipping orders without a sink
If you order doesn’t contain a sink but only a tap or accessories, than you parcel will be sent within 3 to 5 workdays.
Information on the current status of your order
We will be informing you on status changes of your order via email. Additionally, after we send you the parcel, we will also send you its tracking number that you can enter on the carrier’s webpage to learn exact location of your parcel.
The carrier may (it is not a rule) also send you an sms before arrival.
Checking the parcel for damage
It is necessary to check the package in the presence of the carrier since in the event of damage a report has to be drawn. This will make it possible to carry out the complaint procedure faster.
Damage claims can be filed within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
Important! If you chose to pay for the parcel on the delivery than you will be able to check its contents only after paying for it.
